How much are tickets?

Tickets are $255 for in-person attendees and free for virtual attendees. Early bird pricing available and student discounts available, too.

Can I get a discount?

We have early bird pricing available (50% off), and there are student discounts available, too, by emailing events@flutterflow.io. We also encourage you to check out our social media channels, such as LinkedIn and X, as well as the FlutterFlow Community site for special promotional discounts.

Can I get a refund?

We are able to provide ticket refunds in accordance with the following schedule:

Prior to 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 26, 2024: a full refund will be issued;

After 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 26, 2024 but before 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on September 9, 2024: a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued;

After 9:00am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on September 9, 2024: no refunds will be issued.

What expenses are covered with an event ticket?
A ticket to FFDC covers the cost of attending the event itself, as well as on-site meals during the event program. All other travel-related expenses, including airfare and lodging, are the responsibility of each attendee.

Can FlutterFlow sponsor my visa or travel to the event?

FlutterFlow is happy to provide a formal invitation letter to assist you with obtaining a travel visa to the United States for FFDC. Please email events@flutterflow.io for assistance.

Please note that while we are honored to have you join us at FFDC, FlutterFlow will not be able to cover any travel-related expenses. You will be responsible for your airfare, accommodation, transportation, and meals during your stay in the United States. We recommend making your travel arrangements well in advance to secure the best options.

We understand it can be a big expense to join in-person in New York, so we also strongly recommend joining using our virtual option! You can register for a free virtual ticket at ffdc.io.

Can you send me a formal invitation for my visa application?

Yes! Please email events@flutterflow.io for an invitation letter for your visa application.

Do you have preferred or discounted lodging options?

As a global city, New York has a robust variety of accommodation options, ranging from hotels, motels, and hostels to short-term rentals, like Airbnb and VRBO. We recommend using common online booking tools, such as Trivago or Kayak, to search for the best options.

The following list of hotels are located within walking distance of where FFDC will be held. This is not an exhaustive list.

Doors open at 9:30am. Light breakfast will be served.

Where is the entrance to the venue?

The Times Center is located at 242 W 41st St. The entrance is on 41st Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. Please use the doors on 41st Street labeled “The Times Center” across the street from the Hilton Times Square.

How do I get to The Times Center?

The easiest way to get around New York is by public transportation. We recommend using a common mapping tool (such as Google Maps or Apple Maps) to source directions. The nearest subway stops are 42 St - Port Authority Bus Terminal and Times Sq - 42nd St. For more information on routes and schedules, please visit mta.info.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your ticket confirmation with you on your phone—either the email confirmation or the FFDC app will work!

Can I bring my bag or suitcase?

Yes. There will be a coat and bag check in the lobby area once you enter The Times Center.

Is there food?

Yes! We’ll have breakfast and lunch for attendees, as well as beverages throughout the day.

Is there access for persons with disabilities?

Yes. The Times Center is fully ADA compliant and accessible. If you require special assistance in order to attend and fully participate in FFDC, please email events@flutterflow.io so we can be prepared to assist you.
